We had Aqua, technician Kostadin, come out to check our water line. We have a home warranty and this was their choice. It wasn't an emergency but they were there within 3 hours. He took pictures and I talked to him on the phone. The fault was with city water. The only hiccup was that we weren't home when he tried to contact us. I know that is a criteria for service but I did tell the office girl when I called. I would call them again.

These guys are amazing!!! I live in an old mobile home. Had a problem with my shower and Konstanine came out quickly. He then explained my options and the costs involved. We'll, I chose the cheaper option. He made me feel comfortable with my choice. And soon after, I had a working shower. Friendly, competent, and economical. Will certainly call again if the need ever arises.

We were assigned Aqua Mechanical through a claim on our home warranty. Our lights and outlets had gone out on our first floor and we needed an electrician to diagnose and fix the issue. Upon assignment, Aqua reached out to us first thing in the morning and assigned a technician to visit our unit. Konstadin came out to our house shortly after 8 am, and in less than an hour had checked all our outlets, fixed the problem, and tested everything. We had everything fixed before 9:30am! Highly recommend their company, they are prompt, highly skilled, and a pleasure to call. Thank you Aqua!!

Working with Aqua Mechanical Group was extremely satisfying. Both the Dispatcher and the plumber, Kosta, were very professional and are valuable assets to their Company. As a result of the Hurricane, the dispatcher kept us well informed when appointment times had to change. She always was very pleasant and easy to contact no matter what. Kosta, upon his arrival, immediately put on shoe coverings so as not to dirty the floors. We explained the problems and he went immediately to work. He did not stop until the problems were solved. Upon completion, he went over the work that he had done and asked if we had any questions. He left the work area spotless before he left. We would not hesitate to contact the Aqua Mechanical Group again.
